Why have Zagg removed there forum on zagg.com?

I bought a Zagg invisible shield for my iPhone 3G, didnt fit right at all. Wasnt cut correctly to fit the iPhone 3G.

Made a complaint on there forums, along with SOOO many other buyers. Everyday more and more complaints were being made on the forum. Then one day there forums are "under maintainance" and now they have completly removed it. 🙄
