How to unlock a 1st Gen iPhone on 1.1.4 FW to 2.0

Hi, I just got a locked iPhone with 1.1.4 FW and I would like to unlock, jailbreak, and upgrade to 2.0 FW. Are there any comprehensive guides on the internet? Sorry if this has been asked before.
 
I used the one at modmyifone today and it was a great guide - all the info plus "if this happens do this."
