i need to tighten the joints of my screen (sorry for possible mistranslation^^)

sounds like a hinge problem. is your mb not under applecare by chance? you should be for the first year at least and apple will fix it for free
hope that helps somewhat even though its not diy

Yep sure does sound like loose hinges. That guide at iFixit is wonderful for all your mac needs.
