How miffed am i?

Only had my new 3G iPhone 3 weeks, treated and handled like a baby and horror of horrors a crack has appeared near the dock connector. I cant tell you how disappointed I am as previously had my first gen iPhone for 6 months and not a scratch or mark, it still is like brand new. I guess this is what you can expect when costs are cut?

Anybody taken there phone back?

I know how you feel. I only had my phone for two days and there is already a crack in the plastic between the metal lining and the headphone jack. I think that is the weakest place on the plastic because it is so thin. I am very disappointed with Apple for this plastic transition. But if it was metal the 3g reception would be very poor. I feel for you :(
