How do you manually sync with the iPhone?
I switched from push to a manual sync to save battery life. However, there doesn't seem to be any mechanism to actually force a manual sync of contacts and calendars. Anyone know how that works? Apple needs a 'sync now' button in calendar and contacts, I think.

I had the same problem....this seems to be the only answer.
Quote from Apple Support:
"When manually syncing, your data syncs with MobileMe each time you open Contacts or Calendars (up to once per minute)."
