Tracking use of a MySpace layout/skin?

I am trying to figure out a way to track how many people are using a MySpace layout I designed. The skin is for use in a viral campaign, and is being demo'd on a MySpace account. I have the code available to copy and paste on the MySpace itself, as well as an external link within the layout. Is there any way to add any sort of tracking (aside from page views, downloads, etc. I get from my web host) to know how many people are using the layout on their MySpace page? Shot in the dark here, especially since MySpace blocks most codes.

Thanks, guys!

Myspace blocks many codes, so you wouldn't be able to use any java or anything. I'd say the easiest way would be to have it remotely pull an image from your server and have your server count the hits to that image. Just a thought.
