For you guys who have filled out your tax info on itunes connect. If you are selling an app as an individual, were you asked for a business name? It won't let me proceed without puttting in a business name. It looks like I can just put a space in there, but not sure if I should...
Which country are you in? Depending on where you are you may actually need to register a business name as a Sole Individual/Trader.

Really? Hmm I guess I'm just used the UK way of doing things but I was under the impression you could do business under any name you liked as long as you paid your taxes.
In Australia at least, you are required to have an ABN (australian business number) which means you need to register a business, basically. Whether this consists of just you, doesn't really matter, but i'm not sure about any of the other countries.
I wouldn't put a blank space, though. At the very least, just put your own name 🙂
I am in the US. I just left the business name blank by just putting a space in it. hopefully that works.
You should put your name as the business name.
That's what I did And I didn't have any problems.
