Hi all,

I'm aware that the UK has two separate education stores online, 1 "education store for individuals" that sells macbooks from £656.83. The 2nd being "apple store for higher education" that sells macbooks from £601.60 that can only be accessed through university networks.

If I go in store with my university ID will I get the higher education discount (macbooks from £601.60)?

Cheers,

Steve

Yes, you will get the HE discount (make sure you specifically ask for it). When you buy from the HE store online you will get 3 years of warranty included for free but it's currently a grey area as to whether buying in store with the HE discount gives you the same privilege.

I would just order online to be on the safe side. Delivery is usually pretty quick and you can customise to order, something which isn't possible in the stores.
