ok so ive tried connecting through cyberduck and it always gives me the same message:
Connection Failed
The kexTimeout (30000 ms) expired.
next i went to Fugu and entered my ip address and it said Connecting
but then it just sent me back to the page where i enter my ip address but no error message popped or anything
so then i tried terminal and it gives me the message:
Operation Timed Out
what am i doing wrong?
yes in cyberduck im set to SFTP and in terminal im typing ssh root@<ipaddress>
im set to port 22 in both cyberduck and fugu
using the password alpine as well. even tried dottie and didnt work either.
i am sire im using the right IP address as well.
another thing:
ive tried entering this in terminal:
ping <ip address>
since someone told me to do that to see if my ipod was actually there
and when i do that, its repeatedly gives me the same message:
ping: sendto: Host is down
ive tried reinstalling ssh && rebooting as well but nothing!
what can i do to resolve this?
am i doing something wrong?
