Help with website swifting.

If you navigate around you can see how the portfolio site shifts slightly. I tried removing the content, leaving it to the template but its something in there that is causing that twitch.

The only twitching I see is from the navigation items shift up lightly when you mouse over, but this because you add the bottom border to the link for the hover effect. The other "twitch" perhaps is when to switching to page that needs scrolling. The added scroll bar makes the content have to shift over to be centered. Is this what you're talking about?

Yes if the scroll bar is what makes that slight shift to the left then I can fix that once I am done revising my website. At least I know what is causing that problem thank you.
