Add/Remove Radio Stations from iTunes Radio Section

I like the Radio section on iTunes for listening to internet radio but is it possible to add or remove stations? I only listen to a few of them so to make things easier I'm interested in removing the ones I don't listen to.

maybe, because some gadgets that has an radio you could add/ remove a song that you don't want to listen to. well, just try to check that out if there is possibly can remove/add songs.
