I rarely use headphones for my iphone, and after reading threads of horror stories of people dropping their phones in water and the water sensor turning red/pink, I figured I would try to find something to solve the problem.....

Is there any sort of dummy silicone/plastic headphone plug (black preferred) to stick in it? I know it's OCD but I figure If I am not using the port, why risk it...

Thanks

I was thinking doc connector plug too... not to stop it from getting water in it... but to stop the lint in my pocket from getting up into my phones innards.

6 bucks is kinda steep though for a piece of plastic.

Hi Guys,

There's a new product which has just been launched. It's called the iCatchi Plug. It protects and personalizes your mobile devices.

I'd be interested to see what the folks on the forums think!

Check out icatchi.com:apple::apple:

It's frowned upon to do unsolicited advertising like this, and especially by bumping a 2.5 year old thread for it...
