G5 to MacPro Drive Help
Dont mean to flood the board with multiple threads, but since this is different than my last one, im wondering about this:
I upgraded to the new macpros from a G5 1.8 using 10.5.3 leopard and i had a left over time machine drive with all sorts of files and back ups on it from the G5, but when i try to plug it into the Macpro, using the USB case, it does appear in Disk Utility as: USB Drive 300GB then right below that shows "Time Machine 300" partition but its greyed out and does not show up on desktop, finder or anywhere else. imw ondering if theres a way to access these files at all? i do not have access to the G5 anymore and wanted to pull these off to a more suitable back up drive. thanks!
