Best thing to remove scratches on a macbook?

I have a macbook and i was wondering what is the best thing to remove scratches on macbook. I have been doing research and i have found a product named ice creme from radtech. I was wondering if anyone has used this or knows of a better product.

I don't have a MacBook (I have the MBP), but I know this question comes up a lot.
