iPod in 1984 Ad?

Hey,
I was just looking at the 1984 ad http://www.apple.com/hardware/ads/1984/ and it looks like the woman is wearing an iPod. Obviously she's not, but I thought it was kind of interesting that she is wearing something that looks unbelievably similar to one.

Also, does anyone know what the white text written on the wall during the ad says?

uhh yeah she is wearing one. Well she was in the version of the ad that aired at MWSF a coupla days ago..
