Hiya
I just bought a 12" powerbook, the old 867Mhz model with 256Mb RAM, superdrive, 60Gb, OS X 10.3.2 installed 3 days ago by me and all updates applied.
3 times now, when the battery gets to around the "1 hour" left mark, the powerbook will suddenly sleep, and not respond to anything until I plug in AC power. I suspected a dodgy battery, but I'm open to the possibility that it's a software fault. The log from the last time it happened is at the bottom of my post -sorry for the length, wasn't sure how much to include.
I'm new to the Mac, having ditched my XP after playing with a friend's iBook. This is a second hand unit, but is in excellent condition: should I be speaking to the seller?
Really appreciate any/all ideas people may have - I want my baby to work!
Cheers
ben
