Best Buy Employee E-Mail

Hey guys,

Myself and a few friends all work at Best Buy, and have recently purchased 3G iPhones. Everything was working fine and about a week ago we all lost access to our e-mail on our iPhones...

Is there anyone else who works at Best Buy and has lost access to their e-mail? The real downer is losing all of my contacts...

And if anyone works there and still has their e-mail access, please contact me so I can try to figure out whats wrong with my settings.

I don't work for bestbuy, but what does your e-mail have to do with your contacts? Are your connecting to an exchange server?

Yes, we use Microsoft Exchange for our calendar, contacts, and e-mail.

That's probably the biggest problem

Do you have another exchange account you could set up on the iPhone to see if it is just the Best Buy exchange that is not working?

Brake Down

I am a current Best Buy Employee, and i have the old iPhone... the email was working until one day all the non-salaried employees lost the email access. to get it back you need to become a salaried employee. this is to prevent employees from working off the clock.

IPHONE blocked

From what I read in dept news on the day that the Iphone launced in our stores, corporate has intentionally blocked access to the email exchange server via an Iphone. You will notice that it works on other smart phones but not on the Iphone. I have been trying to figure this out with our other managers and we cannot find a way in.

You can always go the long way and just access the email server from a website.
