Need some help. One of my original iPhones (company phone) screws up everytime a new software update comes out. I try to update, but as itunes goes to "verify the software" the whole process just stops and the phone goes into recovery & restore mode.
It has happened with 1.1.4, 2.0 & i skipped 2.0.1 but now is jacked up again with 2.0.2.
All this is taking place on an acer laptop.
Kicker is...when I take it home and update on my personal mac (either Imac or Macbook) I have no issues...I know, I know...always use a Mac but this is a business phone and the boss's phone and he is a PC guy....
Any help would be appreciated...
