Developing iphone executables

Hey, need some help. I've been developing for the iphone for the last few weeks, and am pretty familiar with Objective-C. I just started looking into 3rd party development and am looking for a place to start with an example, a simple hello world or flashlight app. I am not interested in the app itself just the source code. anything available would be greatly appreciated.:apple:http://images.macrumors.com/vb/images/smilies/blackapple.gif
