Where does iTunes store iphone apps OS-X?

well, everything for itunes is stored in the music folder
movies for example:
~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Movies...

Best tip I have gotten! Thanks! Works for Music too, so I presume it works for everything. Thanks again-It is taking me a while to convert from opaque Windows, but it is worth it. OS-X has so many extremely helpful features that I would never even think to look for in Windows.
 
If it's this easy to find app files, isn't it very easy to share paid apps with friends? Or are the files tied to your library?
 
Try this

If you open a song you purchased form iTunes with Text Edit you will be able to see the account that paid for it. With in all the garbley goop you'll see your account name.

I bet the apps work the same way. They probably tag the app some how with the account that purchased it.

Some Windows users say the reason that they don't like Macs is because they can't "meddle around". If they only knew all the subtleties in the powerful and wonderful Finder.

I like the Terminal, and the Finder is an old paradigm, but it's so wonderful how Apple has stuck to their AHIG, that have been able to add cool little useful hidden features, one after another. I'd be happy if the Finder was still the look of the Mac for the rest of my life.
