WANTED: PowerMac G4
Anyone got a PowerMac G4 they have no use for? I'm on a tight budget, but would prefer Dual 450MHz+...
Let me know! Hob |

I saw you posted somewhere else... "is a dual 450 as fast as a 900 Mhz G4?"- No way. first, dual 450s are older G4 versions, slower mobos, slower AGP, slower everything, and G4's on average get around 40% or less speed increase with a second processor. Thats of course IF the software even uses the second processor. The machine Im selling will actually run faster in many tests than a dual 450, not to mention the much improved graphics possibilities. Sorry- just pitching my machine with facts...

I have a dual 867, 1GB RAM, stock otherwise, $1000. Gorgeous condition... worthless buyer on ebay, so I still have it.
I'll ship it out Saturday if you overnight me the money order. Email me: john-at-johnnnowak.com I'll give you my phone # there if you want. |
