Megaseg Issues on Powermac

I have 2 powermacs that I use Megaseg on to DJ in clubs. I don't own a mac personally and am a wiz with PCs, but macs a as foreign to me as driving on the left side of the road. The issue that I'm having is that on occasion my front headphone jack (built in output) is not working when I try to cue music in Megaseg. When I switch the live music to built in output it plays fine over the headphones. So it must be a problem with Megaseg's software not sending the signal to the correct output. I've looked on Megaseg's website and can't find any resources to help. So if anyone who uses megaseg can offer some help or resources I, and the club, would sure appreciate it.
