Can't sync iPhone without deleting

The iPhone "X's iPhone" is synched with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library?

So yeah what can i do? I just want to add applications but it wont let me sync without deleting whats in my iPhone and my iTunes library is empty since i reformatted.
