I did a search here but didn't find much. I'm not having any luck getting rid of it on my own!!!

Delete the Inquisitor folder from Library/InputManagers

You can also remove the Inquisitor folder from Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support to remove the icons it caches.
 
The above instructions will work, but a program like AppZapper will also do this. When AppZapper is loaded, look for "Preference Panes" under the lightning menu in the bottom left-corner. Inquisitor should be in there, and should be very zappable.
