iPhone connects to neighbor's wifi automatically

So, weird problem has shown itself.

I have my iPhone set to connect to my wifi when at home. It has done this just fine until the other day. Now it is connecting to 'linksys', which has a low signal when waking up instead of my wifi. I had connected to a 'linksys' network elsewhere in the past, but I can't find anywhere to delete it.

It is set to 'ask before joining' but it isn't

Suggestions?

Try hitting the right hand arrow on the "linksys" network and selecting "Forget this network". This should stop it wandering onto that network so promiscuously.

try canceling your internet service and switching over to your neighbors LOL

I did this (again) and so far so good.
