You seem to have posted a path on your computer. That won't work as this is the Internet.

Use the Manage Attachements button...

why on earth would you want that monstrosity as your dialer when the default one is so nice? 😕

lol, its so funny how other windows/blackberry phones all try and get iphone look themes and make theirs as much like ours... then we dont even want ours like the iphone anymore.
