Recovering Contacts from iPhone

I did a stupid thing, and forgot to back up my contacts on my MBP when I reinstalled leopard on it. Is there a way I can extract them all from my iPhone and put them onto the MBP???


Or do I have to manually enter them all again?!

MobileMe

There are a probably a few ways to do this, but the easiest that comes to mind is sign up for a MobileMe 60 day trial. That will sync your contacts from your phone to the MobileMe server to your home computer.

When you sync next it will tell ask you if you want to add the iPhone contacts to your MBP.

yeah, it should let you "merge" your contacts and data... it just won't let you do that w/ music
