Linux OpenGL Game -- any ideas for porting

There's this cool linux free MMORPG that uses opengl. I'm wondering whether anyone knows how to run it on Mac OS X (without linux for ppc or vpc obviously)... You can check the game out at http://www.planeshift3d.com . It's similar to EQ if you're wondering and it looks quite promising... still in beta

Should be possible if someone re-complies the source code to BSD code. But I'm no programmer, so I leave this question to someone else, like Alpha. Would a re-complie do?
