iOS Some users report audio not working on iPod Touch

Hi all, audio on one of my apps seems to be working fine on iPhone and most iPod Touches but I've had a few users who cannot seem to get the audio to work on iPod Touch. Has anyone else fielded this type of trouble before and/or know what might be causing the issue? Thanks in advance. 😕
