Wikipanion: Settings issue?

Is anyone elese having issues with the privacy settings with the Wikipanion app? If you go into settings you can click the "remove history" and "clear cache" after each exit; however, once these settings are turned on, they revert back to OFF after you launch/exit the Wikipanion app.

That is how it is intended to operate and why it says "on next launch only"

It is intended to clear your browser cache and history once each time, not always. Why would you want to have it enabled all of the time? The cache and history are automatically managed in size so they won't use very much disk space.
