data transfer, avi files
A couple of questions...first, I saw that at the Apple store they can transfer all the data from your old PC to a Mac. My old laptop still works but the screen is dead. Would they still be able to transfer all my data?
Also I can't burn AVI files onto a DVD. My Macbook won't recognize the files. The files open up fine otherwise. How can I get the Mac to burn avi? |

u can take the drive out of your old laptop and use either external case or one of those USB to sata connectors and move the data to your new macbook.

Um, I am not tech savvy at all so is there any easy way to do this? Can Apple do it for free?
