iPod touch 2G Ipod Touch - Not seen as USB 2.0 Device?

anyone getting this issue?

on the usb ports of my PC, i can plug my 1G touch in at it detects it as a USB 2.0 device...

but when i plug in my 2G one, it says that its not connected to a Hi-Speed USB port, although the 1G connected just fine at hi speed on the same port.

odd? 😕
