iPod touch Where is the speaker on the new ipod touch?

Inside. There is no grill. It was likely added for games, and it is said it doesn't sound half bad.

Gen1 Touch... click speaker- really?

Mine has been mute since new... even with the setting to 'both' in the clicks menu. I always assumed it was a carry-over setting from iPhones, but now I read that iPod Touch models also are supposed to click. Is mine defective? 😕

Uh, do you have the NEW iPod touch? I can't even find that setting on mine 😕

Yeah, it very well may be. Mine clicks just fine (although I find the sound annoying, so it's always disabled) ...
