WOW - Speed Improvements (Backup, App Install)

I probably have 50 apps installed on my 3G iPhone. Backups had been taking 3-4 hours. To install or update 1 app was taking 15-20 minutes.

With 2.1 OS, Backups take 30-45 seconds, and about the same for an app install or update.
