Is it just me or does the choice of color break down along gender barriers? I see a lot of guys with the black model.

I kinda like the white model better... but then again, I like the new yellow Nano best. 🙄

I think it has to do with the "Apple" fanatics like the white while others like the black.
 
I have a white one. Although, to be honest, it's because I was told the white one would arrive before the black one, so I ordered it. I love it, but it's in a case anyway, so... it's not really all that important which color it is. 😉
 
Male, my white iPhone is amazing - flawless and the best piece I have ever had after my first generation iPhone. The White IS AMAZING.
 
Male. White iPhone to match my white MacBook.

My boss always picks on my "cute computer" and now picks on my "cute phone" but the products that come out of that "cute computer" keep me very gainfully employed 😛.

I also wanted to get white so people know I got the top model.

16GB FTW.
 
I'm a guy with a white iphone. I've seen quite a few females with blacks. Also, I can't remember seeing any whites around (probably because I'm a hermit that only travels between home and work).

seriously though, there was a lot of this debate when the colors were first announced and i just never understood why so many people thought white was "girly."

Me neither. Maybe if it was pink or something it would be a little more obvious to me. 😱

I got a white, but that's not because I am a girl, it because its my favorite color on a lot of objects. I also drive a white car and have a white macbook. Not coincidence. 😉
 
I have to agree the yellow nano is absolutely kickass, and if I didn't have an iPhone I might have gotten one. But I'm a guy, and I love my white iPhone. White looks so much better, IMO, and you don't always have to clean it so it looks good like you have to do for the black. Black is nice, though.
 
I have a white one and I was a guy. I wasn't really sure which one I wanted until it was my turn in line and the only 16 gigs they had were white. Made up my mind quickly.


But after waiting in line for 5 hours, I would've taken a hot pink one if it was all they had 😀
