Hi everybody,

The icons says that the MBA is fully charged at 98%, it is not going further than that.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Luca

It could just be between charge cycles too. I believe that the battery will not charge unless it is below 95% to avoid cooking it. When it drops below 95, it will try to charge itself to 100 again.

There must be 100 threads on this.... Its perfectly normal behavior. You don't need to calibrate your battery and don't force it to charge to 100% by draining it down again.

+1 I've never calibrated my MB, MBP, or MBA and the batteries have always stayed fully charged and never going below 98%, but that's me...

QFT. It'll trickle to 95, then charge, then trickle.
