Virex icon gone?

In my admin account Virex has it's icon and I can do the eUpdate of the .DAT file. But in my non admin account the icon is missing and I cannot do the eUpdate. It's really not that big a deal since I never run Virex anyway but it just seems weird. On my iMac I had it set up the same way and it worked just fine... granted... that was 10.2... any ideas?

Edit: I've done the normal repair permissions, delete and reinstall of the program.
