can you get paid apps free from jailbreak?

It's illegal to steal paid software. We're not helping you do that.

Jailbroken apps are for theming and skinning (and things that Apple prohibits).
 
I thought Cydia and Installer and stuff like that was for indie/homebrew apps only? It would be cool to get paid apps 😛
