How to get the email notification alert in top corner next to battery meter?

I've seen screenshots where people have a mail alert in the top right corner next to the battery meter. Where do I download this? Thanks!

Install BossPrefs via Cydia (it's a featured app) I believe that program has the setting you are looking for.

I think it is a app that can be found in cydia:

Taskbar Notifier. iirc

I have BossPrefs but I don't see an option for that anywhere?

I acquired this feature when I installed Intelliscreen.

This is how people are getting it now. I just don't see the reason to spend that much money on it.
