iPhone 3G wont charge now wont sync after restore!
I got my iPhone 3G last week and i love it. but today i noticed something weird my phone would stop charging at a certain point and lose charge till it was dead. I changed the usb port on my iMac, tried the AC adapter no luck. I then end up restoring it to factory defaults didnt go from a backup and now when i try to sync i get the "cant sync iphone 3G Disk cant be found" I just restored it!!! how can you not find it!! i Still get the same battery issue as well.
Should i take it into the genius bar for an exchange??

Take it to the Apple Store, especially if you can show them the issue right in the store. It sounds like an issue with the power/data connections.
