iPod 250GB 1.8" HDD from Toshiba in iPod Classic?

Within weeks of announcing their 240GB HDD, Toshiba announces a 250GB 1.8" HDD. Will this be the drive apple will use in the higher end iPod Classic? Is this why Apple didn't announce it at the Let's Rock event?
 
I'd prefer to see a 250 GB iPod touch. The only reason you would need that kind of storage would be for films after all.
