Call of Duty 4 MacBook 2.4ghz?

I've got a MacBook 2.4ghz with 2gb ram. I was wondering if call of duty 4 will work on it. I'm asking as the video card in the computer is not mentioned in the minimum specs list on apple's website....

Internet plays requires broadband connection

No way! The game will be completely unplayable with integrated graphics (assuming the game will even launch). 😱
