I'm about to sell my MacBook Pro so I can purchase a brand new MacPro. I was wondering if the BFG GTX 280 OC Video Card would work if I was using it for Windows Vista via Bootcamp 64 bit of course. I also would maybe like some advice on a video card if there is something better i should use. I mainly do 3D/CGI (XSI on Windows) and edit HD footage (Final Cut) but I also play many video games so any suggestion would be welcome. Thanks!

Oh btw anything around the 500 price range.

Link to card is here BFG GTX 280 OC Video Card (1GB, PCI-Express 2.0)

I have heard mixed things. Some people have required external power supplies to power it. If that is the case I wouldn't recommend doing it and just wait for new apple official cards.
