updating Civ IV

I tried the updater from inside Civ4, but it seems to hang indefinitely, I left it overnight (I have a fast connection so it shouldn't be a problem). Has anyone had a similar problem?

I'm going to download the updates directly and apply them now.

I believe the ingame update only works on the PC version of Civ 4 and is unsupported on the Mac side because Aspyr has to redo the patches themselves and then release them separately from the PC patch releases.
