My Iphone 3g Has Been Renamed!!

My iphone has been renamed, after one of my directories on my IMAC, whilst connected to itunes!!😕😕😕😕😕
How can I rename my iphone back to the original name ( when i first connected it to itunes after purchase)?
Any ideas???

Click the name in iTunes.
