Best iPhone Headphones NOT In-Ear...

I can't wear noise-isolating headphones like the Shure because they give me ear infections. Ideally, I'd like to find a better quality version of the headphones that come with the iPhone 3G (i.e., earbuds but not in-ear, with a mic, etc.). Thus far, the Bang and Olufsen seem the closest to what I'm looking for, but I'd prefer not to spend that much money. Any suggestions?
