G5 Quad Power Tower wont boot /trying to reinstall OS x

Hallo all:
Am new to this G5 power Tower Quad

all was working well enough - went to reinstall OS Tiger as the system is not personalized

put in the Install disc one - username / password : Administrator - I typed in admin - - asked to restart - yes - powered off fine
then red light on tower flashed - no display - nothing

restarted manually - still no display power but dvd and fans going

anyone know what gives ?

QUAD? As in not the g5 thats in your sig?

If it is a quad, I would be checking for coolant leaks immediately.

Hallo zmttoxics:

New to Power Tower- bought 2 weeks ago and just got the 23" display - so have not been able to do anything but test display till just now

will put the Quad Power Tower on my CP - thanks for reminder

and good I sought Power Tower with AppleCare valid till mid December

no leaks - just goofy as soon as went to reinstall software it went cock up
reset SMU and now is doing reinstall - after erasing existing

see how it goes form here
