Itunes 8, how to manually add tunes to your iphone 3g?

I have read many things about manually adding tunes, someone suggest to make a playlist but i want to manually add them. Anyone can explain me how to?

Click 'manually manage' in the summary pane.

Then you can just drag and drop music from iTunes onto the phone, within iTunes

after manually adding them, how i can manually remove them? or how i do that?

Click the iPhone in iTunes and look in its music listing first. Then you can right click a track and select "delete".
