Just got the new 2.0 macbook and installed windows xp in boot camp, I configured the multi touch trackpad to do a secondary click with both two finger tap and lower right corner click. Everything works fine in leopard, but in windows the right click is not working, but it does work if I use a usb mouse.

Anyone have this problem or know a solution to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Two finger right click doesn't work in bootcamp. Try using three fingers. I think that's what it is.

To add to this, it doesn't seem to work in Windows Vista either.

thank you so much dwonder!

3 finger tap brings up the right click menu, but the bottom right corner click still doesn't work. Seems like quite a bit of effort just to get a right click using three fingers, but at least it works lol

When you say three finger tap do you mean without depressing the trackpad and making the loud click sound? Tap to click works perfectly in osx and in windows fine for left click and drag but to right click depressing the trackpad with a bang seems like the only thing that works. Any ides?

I've got a MacBook Pro with the same situation:

In Mac OS X, a two-finger-click works as a control-click.

In Windows XP (Bootcamp), two-finger-click doesn't work, so you must use a three-finger-click to control-click.

It's not supposed to work that way, since the Bootcamp control panel has a checkbox to control the (nonworking) two-finger click feature.

If anybody has had a different experience with this, I'd like to hear about it.

It is not fixed by today's trackpad update.

Same Problem Here

So happy to learn it's not just my computer. I was hopelessly in love with my trackpad before installing Snow Leopard. Think I'll reload Leopard until Apple figures this out.
