How to convert a QT subtitle track (PNG) to another subtitle format?

So I used submerge to take a .srt file and convert it to QT format but I'm wondering if it's possible to do the reverse. I want to take a subtitle track that inside a QT .mov file (PNG) and convert it back to .srt format. I'm just unsure as to how I can export the subtitle track from QT. I was going to use a program like Jubler to convert the file, but I'm just unsure how to get access to it.
